Everyone was polite and professional during my ER visit.nTests were ordered and assurances were made, without patronizing or judgment. In particular, the wheelchair transport to CT scan was so appreciated. Rickey was attentive and personable. The entire experience was positive.

The dark skinned doctor and heavy set nurse over er room 29 were absolutely rude to the two ladies that were trying to politely tell them what the patient's home health said needed to be done to help the patient instead of the patient being discharged. I watched the doctor assault the one lady when she called the patient's home health for them to talk and when the lady then held the phone about a inch or two from his ear the doctor and nurse wanted to falsely claim the doctor was assaulted. Those two staff members either need to be retrained or placed in positions away from having to deal with a lot of patients until they learn manners and how not to make false claims

Iu2019ve been to this hospital when I had my heart attack and they were great. My mom had a hip replacement there and they were great. Now my mom is here after a fall. They found blood clots and the staff has been great but when the ICU doctor Dr Garcia came by to talk to me this evening he got an attitude with me and said u201c Are you kidding me bro?u201d When I politely stated that I didnu2019t get a lot of feedback from the staff today the way I did yesterday in the ER. I was really taken aback by his unprofessional response and defensive manor when I did not speak to him in an aggressive way what-so-over. All in all Iu2019ve had great experiences in this hospital but that will leave a stain on my opinion of the facility which is the only reason Iu2019m giving them a 4 instead of a 5. I wouldnu2019t hesitate to use this hospital should you find yourself needing one.
