I received excellent advice from the ER doctor. He was concerned for me and expressed that I needed help from specialists for eye trauma. He sent me on to the ER at Presbyterian Texas Health. The health of the eye is improving greatly with no side issues. Everyone at Legacy ER on Legacy was great. I donu2019t want to go back due health issues but if needed, Iu2019ll go there for advice and treatment.

I recently visited the urgent care in Frisco and had a generally positive experience. Most of the doctors and staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the visit much more comfortable. However, I did notice that some employees seemed to be slacking in certain areas, particularly when it came to following the correct procedures. While this didnu2019t significantly impact my visit, itu2019s something that could be improved to ensure a consistently high standard of care. Overall, I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and hope to see some improvements in procedural adherence.

Had a visit to Legacy ER and left with some concerns about how patient information is handled. Not long after my visit, details about my condition seemed to surface in a way that made me question whether my privacy had been fully respected. I canu2019t say for sure how/why it happened, but it felt like a breach of trust.nnThe discharge paperwork I received didnu2019t even mention the main reason I came inu2014something I clearly and repeatedly explained to the staff. Instead, the summary felt like a generic overview of only ONE of my symptoms, pulled from a quick Google search. It was barely a page and a half long and didnu2019t reflect the actual conversation or concerns I brought forward - or even treatment I received under their care.nnWhat made things more frustrating was the lack of standard diagnostic steps I would have expected for my condition. At one point, I even had to decline a test they suggested that seemed unrelated to my issue and wouldu2019ve cost me hundreds of dollars. I shouldnu2019t have had to advocate that hard just to avoid irrelevant and expensive procedures.nnAfter mentioning it to a few people, I realized others may have had similar experiences. Hoping the facility takes patient confidentiality more seriously moving forward.

This is my go-to Urgent Care and ER. When breaking my thumb recently, I knew which Urgent Care to choose and they quickly got me into to get x-rays and see the doctor to confirm the break. Past visits have been great too, from quickly diagnosing my son's appendicitis and getting him into the hospital for surgery (I like that they can handle both urgent and ER care), to any after hours care. The doctors and staff at this location are fantastic.

Friendly front staff ensures privacy and accuracy of information. Triage staff listens intently, documents immediately and provide a clear understanding of what happens next. The physicians are competent, compassionate and committed to address patient needs completely. I have received outstanding care from Legacy ER and Urgent Care for years. They will continue to be my first choice for healthcare.
