I arrived about 9 a.m. I was seen within 5 minutes. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable P.A. and Nurse Practioner! I was diagnosed and a script was sent to my pharmacy immediately. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing express care. Excellent experience!

This place is absolutely terrible. They refuse to follow custody orders and refuse to communicate with fathers. I now have a billing issue for a non-emergent situation that they were not legally allowed to treat my son for. Now Iu2019m dealing with the unprofessional billing department at LVHN because they u201cclaimu201d they have not been paid by insurance even though all records that I can obtain show payment. Further they refuse to speak with insurance and continue to harass me for a payment they already received. Avoid this place at all costs.

The provider I actually saw was okay enough. However the woman who called me back when I left a message with a question was worthless. I had an EKG. Provider told me it was normal. I get notification that I have a test result. I look at that test result and it says borderline. Says sinus bradycardia and Left atrial enlargement. I call. Lady calls me back. She said I told the provider y normal heart rate is in the 50s. I did NOT say that. The provider told me it was 58 which is a little below normal. He asked if I worked out. I said I used to but not anyone. So somehow that got lost in translation and she's telling me I said sobering I never said. I don't know if the provider said I said that or what. Anyway, she goes in to say that the EKG result is the machine reading it. So I ask if that's not correct then. The machine reads it differently than a human? She just keeps repeating that the machine reads it. So I say then the patient should disregard the result in the chart? She rudely said NOT saying that,. But you are trying to tell me the machine puts a a result in my chart that is NOT correct or what a human would read it as. So isn't it logical I would say to disregard chart result if it's generated by a machine? I then ask this dolt how can I find out the ACTUAL results. She says in there after visit summary. Well, it's not there. So she has no idea what she's talking about. She somehow things that a patient is going to be satisfied about what appears to be an abnormality by hearing that a machine generated a result that doesn't reflect reality? So finally I say we might as well get rid of handmade. At that point she rudely asks if she can put me on hold to get my answer. At that point she actually puts the provider on the phone he confirms that my result had a little abnormality. So why was I told it was not email. He than goes on to basically say an EKG is a really rough estimate and that's why they referred me to a cardiologist.I they could have avoided wasting my time and theirs if they would have just told he that at the time of the visit. But I was lead to believe it was normal. Horrible way to practice medicine. Basically they did the EKG to give their butt do they could legally triage me. Do the whole visit was a total waste. No point in going. Waste of money and time.

Just walked out after waiting 2h45m. Do yourself a favor and just drive the couple extra miles to St Lukeu2019s West End. After 2 hours in waiting room watching 2 other people arrive after me and be called first, I then spent 45 min in the exam room. No explanation, no timeframeu2026.although they did offer me crackers or juice.When I finally had enough and walked out I saw every single medical professional in that building huddled in one room with lots of giggles. Maybe they were treating a patient, who knows.I shouldu2019ve paid attention to the horrible ratings this place had.

Used to be an actual express experience here but alas no more. Place is packed with people coughing and sneezing everywhere and no barriers to give any relief from flying germs. I waited over an hour to be seen not by a doctor but a Physicians Assistant. Rooms were very beat up. Place needs work.
