Great place! Iu2019ve been here twice now and never been disappointed. My wait time was minimal. I came in because I had a respiratory illness and caught myself wheezing. I booked the appt that day. The care team are very professional and easy to work with. My provider was super compassionate and concerned about my health. He treated me as such and did everything he could to keep me out of the hospital and to get me back to health as soon as possible. 24 hours later Iu2019m already feeling much better. Thank you!!!!

Double check your billing charges. I went to this next level urgent care 07/2/2024 for being sick and needed antibiotics. I gave the front desk my insurance information. Paid my $30 copay. I let the Dr know I was pregnant, so he can proceed with caution how to diagnose and treat me. I got tested for Covid, strep, and flu which were negative. I only had a cold/sinus infection. Initially he wanted to give an injection until I told him I was pregnant. He changed his mind and just sent me an oral antibiotic to the pharmacy. After I kept getting the bill for full price of charges that day. They never charged my insurance. Besides that, they double charged the flu test they did, and charged me with 2 different injections that I did not receive. Iu2019ve been emailing and calling back and forth the billing department for months since then. A letter of dispute was sent 10/11/2024. It is now April 2025 and I am getting the same billing letter for all the full price charges and double charges and charges of things I did not receive. Nothing has changed.

I visited this urgent care center yesterday (22DEC24), arriving just five minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite not feeling well, the staff did not bother to take my vitals. The receptionist repeatedly reminded me that they close at 5 PM, which made me feel unwelcome and neglected. When I expressed that I wasn't feeling good and asked for help, the receptionist angrily started entering my information into the computer. Her priority seemed to be ending her shift rather than assisting a patient in need. Ultimately, she sent me to the hospital to avoid checking me in.nAs a patient, I felt disrespected and uncared for. I would not recommend this urgent care center. Because they didn't treated me, I had to go to another urgency center, and they were able to treat me and avoid a trip to the ER.
