Very clean, smelled great, good seating. Staff was welcoming and one alumni from Berkeley which was nice to see. Doctors were polite and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. Good place to run to if you are in need of medical care. I was in and out. Only issue was the parking. It's street parking that was packed with no spots available but there was a parking lot on the same block. $1 per hour to park so not bad.

Had to come back an update my rating after manager reached out to inquire what caused my initial rating. That is great customer service an quality control. I was able to speak with MD directly, an medication ordered without having to have another visit/copay. I'm thankful.

This was my first visit everyone was very nice and professional one of the ladies who sits to the right at the front desk could have been a little more friendly, but overall I enjoyed my experience, the wait time was short, the MA who did my vitals was awesome along with the doctor and the guy that handled the Rx .I will definitely be back!! I have been working in Customer Service for twenty years and I also work in the medical field, I do understand this is not an easy job. But you have to be warm, friendly, and emphatic when in this industry.

Honestly such a great experience!! Everyone was so friendlyu2026 I got roomed quickly and I could have talked to the first woman all day she was so nice and friendly! (I dunno their job titleu2026 medical assistant ?) then I saw the Doctor and she was just as nice and friendly!nI live 20 minutes away but came here today so my family could watch my kids while I went. Honestly I would drive past my usual urgent care rotations(lol) to come back here
