Would you like to be revived the day after going to your doctor due to OBVIOUS missed symptoms? Would you like to go unnoticed by medical professionals? Would you like to be dismissed and angrily pushed off at your appointment? Then this doctors office is for you!nMy father was in ACTIVE SEPTIC SHOCK in their office. Passed out in the waiting room, with a wide diastolic spread with poster child symptoms and was dismissed for months. The day after he attended an appointment he ended up in the ER with a BP of 45/32. He with the help of wonderful doctors from St Davidu2019s South he was saved with the odds against him with 80% mortality rate. He spent 5 days in the ICU and another week in the hospital with an incredibly hard recovery at home with a liver drain and IV antibiotics. He attempted to seek help for months prior and was constantly dismissed by doctors in a hurry and unprofessional secretaries. I canu2019t say enough bad things about this office. Because of this offices neglect, I almost watched my father die prematurely. Go elsewhere!

I've been a patient at this practice for over two years, but something has seriously changed for the worse. Suddenly, no one answers the phone, no one responds to portal messages, and getting a simple medication refill is impossibleu2014even though it hasnu2019t even been a year since my last well-visit. And no, these arenu2019t controlled substances; I just need my blood pressure, mood, and allergy medications.nnItu2019s as if no one works here anymore. Judging by other recent reviews, Iu2019m not the only one experiencing this. I donu2019t know what happened to this place, but if youu2019re looking for reliable primary care in Dripping Springs, TXu2014LOOK ELSEWHERE.nnBaylor Scott & White in Marble Falls is accepting new patients and has good reviews! I'm switching to them.

Do not come here unless you want your medical information aired out into the entire waiting room full of people by the receptionist, Jessica. Sheu2019s absolutely awful and puts herself in a position talking to you as if she is the doctor which she is not, she is just a receptionist. She will hang up on you when you call as well. Office needs a reality check & for the front desk staff to be reevaluated. Iu2019ve never felt so violated just by checking in for an appointment as I have been at Lewis family medicine. To be treated like youu2019ve committed a crime and are being questioned just by checking in is absolutely not okay. Itu2019s also impossible to get any kind of call back or message back in the portal. Do not waste your time here, the office is not anywhere near the same now as it was 10 years ago. Wouldu2019ve recommended it then, but now just getting through the front desk isnu2019t worth the time.

Would not recommend...nWas treated as if I had or have no knowledge of medicine and was just supposed to take everything they said as if it was gospel. When I questioned about the recommendations, I was asked what my background was. That does not matter. Maybe more people should ask questions and understand what and why recommendations are made. Because of asking, I was let go as a patien.nnNot recommend

Dr Lewis was amazing and knowledgeable. He educated us about the sickness my daughter had and reasons for certain medications vs others.
