Took my infant in due to a fever after hours. They were so kind and patient from check in to seeing the doctor. They were diligent in testing and we found a it he was positive for flu A. The doctor clearly laid out what she was legally allowed to prescribe, recommendations for what to do, and how to follow up with my pediatrician. They even got us copies of school and work excuses easily and had them ready for us as we left. There was basically no wait, and I was very impressed. Every nurse treated us so kindly and made my kiddo smile despite feeling cruddy. This seems to be a very safe urgent care, and I appreciate that they took a pediatric case.

I regularly come to this clinic with my kids and have never had any issues. I went in a few days ago with very obvious respiratory symptoms. The provider pretty much listened to my chest for a second and remarked at how clear I sounded! I definitely had been having lung pain and nasty phlegm coughs, that hurt my chest and back. Very quietly told me that it was bronchitis and called in a u201ccoughu201d medicine that did absolutely nothing for me. I ended up just taking Tylenol cold and flu severe and that got me through it. I was already on an antibiotic because I had oral surgery a few days before. She said that should work for what I had, which she never actually told me what it was. Iu2019ll still go here for my children when needed, but with respiratory issues, Iu2019m not so sure!!

I walked into a room barely able to speak nor breathe and itu2019s u201cso what do you want us to test you for?u201d Iu2019m sorry thatu2019s not my job to figure out hence why I am coming to you. Then for them to tell me u201coh your vocal cords are just inflamedu201d WRONG went to a different Dr to find out I have BRONCHITIS
