I brought my Mom in for a doctor visit with Dr. Raj. He was very nice and intently listened to what my Mom had to say. I give him 5 stars plus. However, like in other posts, the front staff (Kim) was very tough to deal with about some issues, however Crystal and Page were very nice and helpful. It kinda messed up my day.

I don't know where other folks went but for my husband and myself we would rate LaGrange Family Healthcare on N von Minden higher. To only see 2 stars for the office staff is shameful. It is a Business, and people can get upset, so please cut these ladies some slack. We have never been treated rudely. Our physicianDr. Wess Blackwell is a very good doctor who genuinely listens and cares about all of his patients. Don't just settle when you can go to the best.

Dr. Borgstedte & Dr. McBroom are amazing!!However the office staff are absolutely awful & thatu2019s being mild. They are so incredibly rude & unpleasant. Itu2019s almost deterring altogether. The staff at Giddings family health, however are much nicer to deal with. If I wasnu2019t an established patient for over 20+ years, the staff alone would be enough to push me to find a new provider. Hats off to the providers though, you guys are great!

The Doctors are the absolute best at LaGrange Family Health. Every single one of them. Iu2019ve been a patient for many years there. The staff that you have to deal with at the LaGrange office is not very nice. It will definitely ruin your day. Apparently they do not want to deal with her for whatever reason. I see numerous reviews who share the same opinion. I will not go to the LaGrange office anymore. Itu2019s worth it to me to drive 20 miles further to their Flatonia location.

One of the front office women is very rude when I called to make an appointment.Dr. Raj seems nice however he did absolutely no physical exam on a new patient visit. He missed a heart issue.Very disappointed and will not be going back.
