Absolutely the worst place. It doesnu2019t even deserve one star rating. I had redness and itching around my eyes, and I didnu2019t want to wait for my eye doctor appointment. I figured they would prescribe something for it. Nothing.. He wasnu2019t even a physician I think he was a nurse and all he kept saying to me was that he sees nothing so thereu2019s nothing to prescribe. Clearly incompetent. I left after paying $50 for nothing. My eye doctor said it was eczema and prescribed an ointment. HOW HARD WAS THAT? Donu2019t waste your time going to this place. Unprofessional and extremely incompetent.

I came as a walk in with a sinus infection and pinkeye. The receptionist took my info and I filled out very blurry paperwork. She then brought me to a room and without even identifying herself took my vitals. (Is she qualified to do that?)nThen someone else came in. I can only assume this woman was a Dr or a PA but again did not identify herself. Just took one look at me and told me I look utterly awful and then asked me u201cdoes your face always look this bad?u201d When I questioned her she then told me that I have Bellu2019s palsy and not a sinus infection and definitely not pink eye. When I asked further questions she told me Iu2019m disrespectful and that I need to leave.

I brought my mother in law here because she wasnu2019t feeling well and the service was outstanding! The girls up front were super sweet and accommodating. They got her in right away and were very caring because they could see my MIL really wasnu2019t feeling well. She was seen by Dr. Ou2019Brien who was an excellent doctor. He was compassionate and very personable too. We were also informed he could be her PCP and we have been looking for a new doctor closer to her home so that was a wonderful touch, Ive never been to an urgent care center who offers primary care doctors. We will be back for Dr. Ou2019Brien and the sweet staff and nurse. I definitely recommend this for quick excellent medical care.

This place is clean but very unorganized. Seems like the staff doesn't communicate with each other. Front desk is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Doctor's always seems to be out and unavailable. They only see children on Tuesdays IF a someone is IN. I can see why it's always empty. I only came to get a paper stamped and signed by a nurse practitioner or physician so my child could get her OT services and no one was available. The doctor on staff would only see her if it was an emergency mins you the place was empty. I was told but the front desk he couldn't see her because he doesn't know her. I won't be coming here and if you have children I wouldn't recommend you come here either .

I went yesterday to get a rapid Covid test and I was told it was a 30 minute wait. So I filled out a brief questionnaire and returned it to the receptionist to be processed into the computer. At that point I was 5th to be processed. 90 minutes later I returned to the desk and I noticed I was 3rd in line to be processed. I waited another 30 minutes and I returned to the desk and I was still 3rd in line so I took my ID cards and left. Meanwhile every patient that came in was told there was a 30 minute wait. This LI Walk-In Care is very unprofessional. I went over to City MD and the check-in process took 5 minutes. I was told to go home and they would call me in 3 hours to come back for my test. Simple and direct and they were in control of the process.
