When I walked into Urgent Care lobby Monday, I stood at receptionst window several minutes while receptionst seemed enrapt with computer & cell phone. If a person enters this facility, it stands to reason they have some need for URGENT attention. Thursday I finally heard from Dr Kawtharani. They tried to set my appointment for April. When I explained why I wanted to be seen, they had no idea why I was referred to them. I'm sure all Face Book accounts current.

Very good on hitting the nail on the head with medication knowledge, at the beginning of the walk-in, or appointments , it should be a must to withdrawal blood samples , or urine samples too check for infections first , other wise you can miss the whole disease. Otherwise how will you know what's wrong with the patient if you skip that part. Also the patient has the last say so , patients aren't under medical oaths , patients sometimes know exactly what they need , and shouldn't be told no. Other than that the visit was great , the experience was good.

I was very pleased with Express Wellness! It was a quick and friendly experience. Paper work was simple and I waited maybe 15 minutes. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and did a very good job!
