My wife hurt her ankle & foot we was in Liberty seeing family. Everyone at Liberty Hospital Urgent Care was fantastic!! Very caring & helpful was in & out in a timely manner & had a xray done with nothing broke but bruised. What a wonderful facility! Thanks everyone!

The people working here are so kind. Even when super swamped, great attitudes and professionalism. The front desk people were warm and friendly. Helpful too. Nurse practitioners and X ray technicians, all lovely people. The waiting room chairs arenu2019t super close to each other. They even brought me water, as I was on crutches and couldnu2019t bring my own, and was super thirsty after a long wait.

Excellent. My son was sick as we were traveling through KC. I was afraid he had an ear infection right at the beginning of our vacation. Found this place through our insuranceu2019s provider directory and was dreading going to an out-of-state urgent care on a Saturday morning. The person at the front desk was so nice and empathetic! The facility was clean and invitingu2014they even had coloring sheets set out for my kid who loved having something to do while we waited. We had a very short wait time even though there were several others in front of us, and the doctor was thorough and easy to talk to! We had a great experience!

I took my son to get a sports physical, organized by his school, at this location only. The front desk knew nothing about a physical voucher program w/schools. The nurse was NOT friendly or helpful when presented with a Scout physical also. Doctor and nurse finally agreed to Scout physical w/sports physical. I feel this could have been handled in a more personable and professional manner upfront. They made me feel as if my son and I were a burden to them.

Look at the numerous 1 star reviews before you decide to go here! Predatory! Go elsewhere! I paid my bill in full at the time of service just after being seen by the doctor. The front desk person informed me that they offered a discount off your bill if you paid it in full before leaving, so I did. Now they're sending me a bill in the mail asking for over a hundred dollars more and trying to nearly double my bill! Also, my visit involved getting some simple antibiotics and when I went to get them at the pharmacy, I was told my insurance wouldn't cover them just because the doctor who saw me hadn't updated his registration with Medicaid. The pharmacist shook his head at this and acted like it was basically just laziness on the Doctor's part. Definitely won't be visiting this urgent care clinic again. They think they can hide fees, agree you're paid up, then grift money off you in the mail!
