Lifetime has been my go-to urgent care for several years now. Every issue I go there with is addressed with kindness and compassion. The doctor is so kind. The front desk lady offered me water. The nurse was thorough. I am always treated with great care.

I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this office that I will never go back. The last few visits havenu2019t bed. The greatest and it safe s me due to it so close. Iu2019ve never met the Dr there just people.My last visit wasnu2019t very busy and I was there for two hours. I was so sick and really think they forgot about me. Never looked at my throat or felt it. Finally came in after I fell a sleep (or Iu2019d been Gone) and said they sent in some scripts and to have a nice day!!!!!Excuse me. What is the issue why do I feel like this???!So yea Iu2019m done & will be going else where now!!Sad

Was debating coming here because they were the only location open at 8am. After reading how the owner responds to a little criticism from some of the reviews I think I'll wait the extra hour for my urgent care to open. You sound real sassy to paying patients, probably why such a low rating (3's) on Google reviews. I gave you 2 stars in hopes I'll get to read a crappy response from you like the ones you left your other patients. Do better.

Went to this urgent care after falling wrong. I was unable to put pressure on my knee. They were able to see me quickly, took x-ray and determined I had a sprained knee. Gave me a shot for pain and directions for how to treat. They made a terrible day manageable. I am still healing but feel on the path to full recovery. I found the front desk receptionist, nurse, and doctor that treated me were all very helpful and kind. Would visit again if needed.

Attention: Owner - all of my feedback is meant to be constructive to assist you in improving your place of business. If you are not going to be receptive to constructive criticism I would suggest looking into turning off reviews for this location.Stop, you don't need to read my review. Just read the responses from the office manager on other reviews. Completely unprofessional.The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and the doctor was awesome. That is the extent of my positive feedback. Nobody seemed to have a sense of urgency considering they are an URGENT care.When you walk in and speak with the front desk there are no sound barriers to allow privacy so when they ask why you're there anyone else in the room will be able to hear along with your full name, date of birth, and address.It looks nice when you walk in but the rooms could use some TLC.The pharmacy connected to the office is very convenient.
