Had an appointment scheduled for 930. Showed up 20min early so that we werenu2019t late. Waited in the room over an hour! Not including the time we were early. Kept checking in and was told, oh itu2019ll just be another minute. If your customers have to wait that long they should get some kind of discount. Oh by the way the equipment in the rooms looks like itu2019s from the 90s and had all kinds of wires exposed and just wrapped up in tapeu2026

This place has gone down hill since Dr. Jandali semi if not fully retired. The billing practices are borderline illegal. In one instance they charged 480 dollars to u201cgiveu201d my son a breathing treatment. We actually had to give him the treatment in the office. Not a nurse. Not a doctor. Us. Keep in mind I could have bought a machine, albuterol, and a mask for less than that on my own. They do not negotiate pricing after our insurance had already paid them a small fortune and even their copay pricing is well above benchline. And thatu2019s the tip of the iceberg. The office staff was completely offended when asked about their pricing. This office is not worth the headache. Run.

I was referred to this practice when my daughter was born in April 2024.nI now bring all of my children here to be seen by Dr. Maryam Belavilas. She has shown my family compassion and phenomenal doctor-patient etiquette. She is always on point with evaluating my children when in time of need and regular check-ups. I havenu2019t seen this kind of care for children in a while. Her expertise and passion for her job shows she really does love her career.. Wait times are typical 5-15 min from the moment you check in to seeing the provider. I am so glad to be apart of this pediatric practice. I feel ensured my children will always be treated fairly and properly with any medical evaluation. I canu2019t forget about her husband who is also a provider in the practice and he is just as fantastic as her. He is also available at the urgent care in a different office where they are extremely quick in treating their patients. I assure you wonu2019t be disappointed in these 2 providers I mentioned.nTheir office manager is also kind and treats the patients respectfully..nI have only met some of their front staff and they seem friendly and quick with processing check in and check out.

The on-call doctor did my newbornu2019s assessment at the hospital and was great. Loved him! However, the billing department is rude, snappy, and unknowledgeable. I called to get the insurance on a bill updated and she tried to tell me insurance wasnu2019t going to cover it but I had spoken directly to my insurance about the specific bill. I had to fight her to even get her to take the insurance information. I know for a fact itu2019s covered. Youu2019re better off three way calling the billing department with your insurance company about your bills to ensure they actually get taken care of. Iu2019m gonna guess she didnu2019t submit it and Iu2019ll have to reach back out. Terrible customer service.

My kids and i absolutely love every single person in this establishment. From the girls at the front desks, to the nurses, to every single Doctor! Not a lot of places take their time and listen about your concerns or even address them.. they do! They donu2019t just dismiss you. You can really tell they care about their patients. Needless to say, HIGHLY recommend them! As well as the urgent care express!
