Love the location, it is very convenient. Only wish they had a second person trained to operate the CT machine it seems to me to be a very expensive piece of equipment to let sit for 6 to 8 weeks while the only person that can operate it is on maternity leave. A real business would have someone else trained to fill in. It is very inconvenient to drive to Balis road.

Second time visiting Mercy Hospital in Lincoln. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! Putting aside the down to earth personality of the staff, was overwhelmed by the professionalism, speed, and overall treatment! 51 years old and have always been active, I have seen my fair share of hospitals in the metro, but nothing like this! Top shelf without all the drama and Bs!

I have been to Mercy in Troy twice once to urgent care and today to the ER. I canu2019t say enough about how wonderful they are there. Everyone was so professional and very nice. The doctor was so thorough with all the test testing. They took such good care of me and Iu2019m just so grateful that we have this here in Troy. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love Mercy Lincoln! The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and compassion. Having visited several times, I can confidently say that this hospital surpasses wait times than all the larger suburban hospitals around us.

This place is nothing short of ridiculous. From the endless wait times to the rude receptionist, this place is nothing but a joke. Come here for help and get nothing but treated like yesterday's trash. Would recommend driving the extra miles to stay clear of this lousy place. Customer service- patient care. None existent. Got to do better. Shouldn't treat folks coming to you for help like they're garbage.
