Amazing Pediatric Urgent Care. This place is a nugget of gold. We had a doctor named Phallin and she was informative, helpful and cared. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. We traveled from San Dimas and it was extremely worth the drive. Itu2019s not easy finding a good place to take your babies when they are sick. Thank you Little Star Pediatric!

O my goodness I love this place. The staff are so nice and helpful here. I have been going here for 5 years now for my toddler son when he gets sick. What has me most excited is that now they offer day appointments during the week ud83dude0dud83eudd73. I'm so happy understood we needed their help way before evening time because they are the only pediatric urgent in the area. I hope it stays this way. Thanks for always be kind, quick and patient.

This was our first visit to Little Star Urgent care and was pleasantly surprised of how late the location is open! I even called to confirm in case there was a discrepancy. I was advised by very friendly staff that last patient can be seen by 1030pm. Finally....an urgent care that recognizes children aren't just ill during business hours or until 8pm.nWe arrived and were greeted by kind, energetic and very welcoming staff. Check in was quite easy, masks, emesis bags and kidney basins accessible for parents while you wait. We didn't wait very long before being escorted to a room by a very pleasant staff member. My daughter whom is usually shy..connected with her and was able to verbalize some of her concerns that brought us to the urgent care.nFrom the staff to the PA whom assessed our daughter...everyone was thorough, explained what they were doing and why. Even when it came to determining best plan of care...all information was taken into consideration and with regard to Abx stewardship...she explained her findings once more, if prior medical history was fairly unremarkable than what she is experiencing can run its course in lieu of just prescribing not considering if it's warranted.nShe really took her time with our daughter and am so glad she did. There was a tough decision our little girl had to make regarding medication route (injectable vs oral) and she was honest. She supported her and was able to relate to her during the explanation. Most medical staff look at the parent instead of the patient. We completely admire and respect that she was focused on her little patient. She answered any questions we had and provided additional symptoms to monitor for. It was a great visit and am so glad we came across your urgent care!nWe hope for our little one to remain healthy however, if the need arises in which an urgent care visit is warranted...we will definitely be returning. Your team is absolutely wonderful and thank you for making this a positive experience for our daughter.

Their billing system really sucks, I was there last Sept, my insurance co-pay is $20, but they charged me $150 for the co-pay. I was contacting their billing department since last Sept until now, nothing was updated. If there are option for zero star, I will definitely give them 0, will never come back for any visit.
