Unfortunately, our children did not receive the care they needed at Little Tree. When we asked to switch pediatricians, our request was denied. Each visit felt rushed, the provider consistently dismissed the childrenu2019s concerns, and their health issues remained unresolved. Thankfully, our kids now have better insurance and are receiving the quality care they deserve elsewhere.

Three years with Little Tree and Big Tree and their services and care makes me believe in miracles! Four grandchildren and myself have always felt like we were important- not just another patient to hurry through the process. All the staff has always been professional yet creates a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable. God bless them all!

Thanks to Little Tree and Dr. Pavel my two sick kiddos on the mend this evening! I appreciate being to write in and get my kids seen even when the clinic is closed. Thanks again! The joys of 24/7 care. ud83dude0aud83cudf33

Iu2019m extremely sad to have to write this review. We have taken both of our kids to Little Tree for almost a year and have absolutely loved it. Weu2019ve always been respectful, on time and paid our balance. I thought Dr. Wheeler genuinely cared about patients, especially children. Saturday evening my 6 month old was having grunting, retractions and nose flaring which are signs of respiratory distress. I immediately called LT to talk to a nurse to determine what level of care was needed. The receptionist told us I couldnu2019t speak to a nurse because we werenu2019t u201cmembersu201d. No one has ever mentioned this stipulation before or even mentioned a u201cmembershipu201d. We are patients who pay our balance. Whatu2019s worse is she tried to SELL ME A MEMBERSHIP while my 6 month old was in respiratory distress. She basically said, u201cif you want care, you need to take out your credit cardu201d. It is now unbelievably apparent to me that the purpose of LT is solely about monetary benefits for Dr. Wheeler and has NOTHING to do with patient care.
