North Country Primary Care has the poorest quality medical office. I was seen in 2024 last. The provider I saw referred me to a specialist after I specifically declining to be seen for asthma by a specialist. I was sent for the general blood work to be done and I received the results of the blood work back via the portal and I called requesting that my provider call me back to go over the results and never received any response from my provider. When I saw her again for a follow up appointment I asked the intake nurse and the doctor to go over my lab results and was ignored, then given a conversation about the benefits of eating an organic diet followed by a conversation of organic doesn't matter anyways because all foods will kill us in the end anyway. WHAT?!?!?When scheduling an appointment for 2025, 3 weeks ago, I specifically asked to switch to a different provider. I was told that the supervisor would have to sign off on this. I was told I would be hearing back from the supervisor as they would have questions for me as to why I want to switch providers. 2 weeks later and I had not heard back from the office. I called the office and asked if the information had been given to the supervision and I was told that the supervisor was out for the day and I would receive a call back on Monday. Here we are on Monday and I have not heard anything from the office. I called to find out that they are in a meeting until 1PM. The person who spoke with me on the phone on Friday could not have told me that they wouldn't be open in the morning? Here I am with daily prescriptions that I need to be seen for to have my yearly exam for me to be able to continue taking my prescriptions AS PRESCRIBED.....

I wouldnu2019t put the care of myself or my newborn in anyone elseu2019s hands. Iu2019ve had 2 children at Littleton via cesarean section; each time a different OBGYN, anesthesiologist, care team, ect. I believe that Littletonu2019s staff truly reflects the high standard of care we all yearn for in this time of post pandemic shortages.Thank you so much for two safe & Happy deliveries.A nod to the culinary experience - the food far surpasses any expectations of u201chospital foodu201d. Both my husband and I were fed well during my recovery and we are grateful for the accommodations.

I had a MPLF reconstruction today with Dr Chen and every single person who was there was amazing. This experience was amazing, I was comfortable, I was well taken care of, everything was good and I recommend this hospital to all!

We brought my father to the ER and were in and out in less than 3 hours. When we arrived the staff immediately brought him in to run thorough testing. We also bring our children to see Dr Reynolds and are very happy with the care she provides.

Several visits here during the last few weeks, and all have been excellent. The hospital is new, clean, and spacious. The cafeteria has a great selection of food options. Everyone we met was friendly.
