We were treated so well! We went in super close to closing for an xray. We are new parents and second guess ourselves. Everything turned out good and we felt bad for going in late. They were fast, efficient, and super awesome with everything.

I had a child with a big concern and high anxiety to go to Dr. Everthing about our experience here was excellent. The staff and environment were exactly what she needed. Savannah was the NP who saw her. She knew exactly what to say and do to help calm her and address her medical needs

I was treated kindly by the front desk personnel , physician and PA for a visit I had in November. They did miss a minor wound on my nose that was bloodied and could've at least cleaned it up. I asked for antibiotics given that bird bites often result in infection. However I wasn't able to pick up my antibiotics because the wrong health insurance was annotated. I did not know this at the time and ended up having to see my VA provider and finally got my antibiotics after 3 weeks after my visit; after being denied from two separate pharmacies I requested the Rx to be sent to. I spent hours trying to figure out why two pharmacies wouldn't fulfill my request.I had a bird bite to the face so it didn't surprise me that I did in fact have an infection that lasted longer than it should've had the billing department paid attention to detail and perform their duties accurately.I had an infection that I couldn't treat because of this simple administrative error. When I called the office about the issues picking up the prescription, no one verified my insurance information. I had filled this out at intake and showed my veteran card that included my benefits number as well. And now I just recently received a bill even though I am 100% covered through TriWest (NOT TriCare) there is a difference. As a veteran and being my own sponsor I fall under TriWest as I am no longer active duty which would put me under Tricare but again that's only for active duty military. After contacting TriWest and reporting the bill, they were ablet to see that no bill was sent to their department so they reached out to Bonnie at the providence location on a three way call.Bonnie was incredibly rude all while my TriWest representative calmly asker her to please send the bill to TriWest. She then said she did send it to TriCare and hasn't heard back or received payment in a nasty tone. The TriWest rep informed her she sent it to the wrong insurance; that is should be sent to TriWest not TriCare.Bonnie then replied with again a nasty defensive tone that she did send it to TriCare West .TriCare West doesn't exist. The TriWest rep calmly let her know there is no such thing as TriCare West. There is only TriWest & TriCare and then offered to give Bonnie the correct billing address and details so she can submit the bill to the appropriate insurance company. At this point Bonnie hung up so I have no confidence that she will do this correctly and I do not have the energy to ensure I do not eventually go to collections.I'm not sure what it will take for northern Utah network clinics to understand how to correctly bill TriWest and properly take on veterans. Until this is figured out, I would refrain from even entering the network through TriWest. This is unfortunately a recurring issue I've had with other clinics and now this one.It does not take much to pay attention to detail or to accept when a mistake has been made & just simply correct it. My concern is that Bonnie let her emotions take over today instead of calmly admitting a mistake and moving on to correct it. If she would've just done that, I would not have taken the time to write this review. I do not believe hanging up on a call regarding billing is an appropriate or professional way to handle such matters. I would like to add that all TriWest calls are recorded should you have any questions about whether or not this actually occurred.

We were treated with a lot of kindness today as we visited the Living Tree Urgent Care center in Providence. Jackson, the PA who helped us was very personable and thorough in helping my daughter with a medical concern. We appreciated the thoughtful nurse and friendly secretary as well. The facility is clean, inviting and updated. I do recommend this place.

Aaron and the staff at Living tree was super helpful when my wife had a really bad ear infection. Super knowledgeable about what antibiotics and treatments were okay while she was pregnant and extremely kind and helpful in general.
