I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office due to the receptionistu2019s rude and condescending behavior. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel unwelcome by correcting my English. I speak with an accent, and her tone was unnecessarily demeaning. I was six minutes late, sick, and pregnant, yet instead of showing any empathy, she curtly told me I had missed my appointment and needed to reschedule. I chose to cancel instead. I wonu2019t be returning.After reading other reviews, itu2019s clear this receptionist has been a repeated issue, and Iu2019m honestly shocked sheu2019s still employed. No one should be treated this way, especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and professionalism should be the standard. I hope management takes this seriously and reevaluates who theyu2019re putting at the front desk.

I'm confused because I was under the impression that this was an urgent care/walk-in clinic however I was treated as if I was CRAZY for walking in without an appointment. The receptionist was very very rude! I'm actually shocked that a place would employ someone with the attitude that she had. From the moment I walked in she was rude. She asked if I had an appointment and when I said no, she told me I had to wait upwards of 2 hours. When I kindly said that's okay and said I'll just go somewhere else, she said where else would you go? in a very rude and condescending tone, as if there weren't any other places to be seen. She then said but if you're sick, why would you go somewhere else and not just sit here to wait for 2 hours?. This really made absolutely no sense to me and I felt like I was being forced to stay there.You guys really need to train your front desk staff on proper ways to speak to people because this was so unprofessional. I will never go back here again.

I recommend Raafat Shabti, MDbut I didn't have great service with other providers. Arafat was confident, and prescribed what was needed, explained what I should do if other symptoms arouse and let me go home. Perfect visit.

Went to this location to get blood work done. Fasted and everything. Was told that they no longer do blood work, that's cool whatever, sent me to Tysons to get my blood work done, guess what???? Tysons doesn't have Lab technicians on weekends. Why even let me book an appointment for blood work WHEN YOU DONT EVEN DO BLOOD WORK. This on top of the atrocious wait time at the Arlington location, I am never using AllCare again.

Please think twice before attending this location, they are extremely unprofessional, and I would highly encourage you to request an itemized list of services because they are desperately seeking to charge patients for services they did not receive to drive up their profits. I was charged over $500 for a visit that lasted less than 5 minutes, when my wait was 20 minutes. The doctor was extremely short and refused to listen to my concerns. I was truly amazed by their audacity to charge me over $500 to do absolutely nothing for me other than tell me there was nothing they could do for me. You are much better off waiting to see much more highly qualified physicians elsewhere. I cannot stress enough how important it is you stay away from this health care organization.
