I went in for a simple visit. At checkout, they clearly told me I owed nothing. Fast-forward two monthsu2014boom, a $700 bill shows up: $350 for a COVID test, $350 for a flu test. No explanation. No warning. Just a massive charge out of nowhere.nnI called to figure it out. Kelly at the front desk gave me the runaround and told me to call their third-party billing company. I sat on hold for over 30 minutesu2014no one picked up. Called Lockport back, and Kelly passed me to her manager, Maria. Maria then tells me, like itu2019s completely normal, that COVID tests can cost anywhere from $350 to $3,000.nnSeriously?nnThey never disclosed any of this. No heads-up, no breakdown, nothing. Just a smiling u201cyouu2019re all set!u201d and then a surprise bill weeks later.nnThis place is a billing trap. You think youu2019re walking into urgent care, but youu2019re walking into a financial ambush. Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Just inflated charges and finger-pointing.nnIf you value your time, money, or sanity u2014 stay far, far away.
