Came here three times to the ER. First was during Covid and they gave us their protocol meds so we refused it and they quit treating us especially I felt because we were unvaxed.nSecond 5 months later by ambulance for a slip on the ice. Treated me like I was drug seeking and did only an X-ray told me I had 2 fractures and no pain meds and sent me home on a walker only to find out 10 days later on a follow up I had 4 fractures and was supposed to be non weight bearing!! Orthopedic was mad I wasnu2019t seen at the hospital or had a CT scan.nThird I came in with a broken clavicle and they put me in a sling said to follow up with orthopedics only to find out I needed surgery 10 days later. I swear this place is just a first aid station.nUnfortunately Kalispell is a better option but beware of that place too. I swear since Logan Health took over care and billing are a nightmare.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was down with a high fever for 5 days prior to seeking medical attention. Upon entering the emergency room department I was disregarded. I wonu2019t go into all the details but I was told to stop using heroinu2026.. I have NEVER in my life used it or any other drug! I was told by the Dr and nurse that saw me numerous times. I was told there was nothing they could do to help even though I could barely function at this point. I could go on and on about my visit but Iu2019m sure nothing will be done about it! I will never go back to Logan health!

My mammogram was fast and efficient. I was out of there in 15 minutes. The only hiccup was that you need to go to registration first to sign in before going to imaging.

Had hip replacement surgery at Whitefish hospital with Dr. Bergman doing an anterior procedure with the Mako robot. I have had a great outcome. My pre- and post-op nurse Kevin was fantastic. I always knew what was being done and why with my care. Was a same-day release and walking before I left the hospital. The surgeon Dr. Bergman saw me before the procedure and ensured all my questions were answered without rushing. Anesthesiologist also came and described procedure and answered questions. PT, Emily, and OT, Therese did a great job in preparing me to go home. Nurse navigator Sue checked in with me at home, and was readily available to answer questions when I phoned over the few days after surgery. Overall, a great place and wonderful health-care team. A great resource in our community.

I am incredibly thankful for the staff I encountered while at this facility. I am from out of town and went to the ER where I was brought to a room right away. Nurses, doctors, and technicians were so friendly, constantly asked if I had questions, and kept checking in to see if I needed anything. They had a lot of compassion for what I was dealing with and they made me feel safe and comfortable with everything going on. I am so appreciative of the care I received- itu2019s not often you come across so many good people doing their jobs above and beyond.
