My brother's and I had our mom placed here. Her stay was 3 weeks . OT and PT thought she was ready to come home, so our insurance kicked her out. Wish she could have stayed another week to continue to strengthen herself. She was sent home with a Care team....we weren't left hanging. The staff was great and the CNA'S were attentive. I would recommend this place and I would strongly recommend going for a visit before placing your loved one...I did just that! Because the reviews gave me mixed feelings.

I want to thank Patricia who has been a phenomenal help to getting me the appointment I need to get my arm back to normal! This place really took great care of me and I come back whenever I need the help after a hospital stay. They have amazing floor nurses and cnas like Chastity. Anne in activities always keeps residents entertained. Therapy team is always happy to help us like Radlyn. Thank you Lone Tree!
