I have been to this clinic more than once and each time I come I get the best care. From the time I check in at the front until I the time I check out. Today I was greeted and taken care of by Christina, Kirsty and Chloe. These 3 girls gave amazing care! I was seen by Jolyn Hawkins , nurse practitioner. She was very attentive and took care of my problem in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable and educated me on my issue. I will definitely be back due ton the care I received from all of the staff.

Couldnu2019t have asked for a better experience. Brought our little man in and the receptionist, nurse, and NP were all great and very quick!n15 minutes from walking in to walking out. Morgan was our NP and I wish we knew the other staff members name.

I recently had to drag myself to Express Care at DCOL, this was the most professional and caring experience I've had at any clinic. The wait wasn't long at all. The NP Morgan Rhodes was so sweet and patient with me as I was balling my eyes out and literally almost passing out on her, she took the time to listen and made me feel SAFE and in very good hands. I had my daughter with me and they made sure to bring her some snacks while they were taking care of me and reassured her that everything would be okay. She even followed up just to check in and see how I was feeling. I cant thank her enough ! I will recommend every time!!

Weu2019ve had 2 recent visits at the DCOL express care clinic. I took my granddaughter Saturday and my dad today. BOTH visits were exceptional! The same doctor, Dr. Jolyn Hawkins, treated both of them and she was so nice, and seemed to really care. She was very personable with my dad and my granddaughter fell in love with her! If you want to go some where that you feel cared about and not just a u201cnumberu201d, please try this express clinic. We highly recommend it!
