I have been a patient for many years and have never been treated like today. Doctor Charles Okorie needs to learn how to be polite with patients. I pay for his services and I deserve to be treated with respect. His attitude was nasty from the moment he walked in the room. I did not appreciate the way he treated me.

I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law regarding an ongoing issue with this facility. Unfortunately, the facility has made the same mistake twice by submitting claims with the incorrect billing code. As a result, for the past several months, my mother-in-law has been receiving bills from LabCorp for $410.55 for her annual labs, which should have been fully covered by her insurance.This error has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden.PS- Donu2019t take appointments if you donu2019t have a phlebotomist onsite.

Scheduled an appointment online for 11.30 am to get my daughter seen. When we arrived at 11am, we were quickly turned away, stating, we don't see children here. I was told they called me twice, but i never gotten a call from them, not to mention, I had called at 9am to confirm said appointment was good. Lady at the front said I probably spoke to their call center and that they give out false information...Thank you for wasting my time.
