This is my 3rd occasion here in the past year. Every single time I was treated very well, 5 stars every single time! This time, both the nurse and PA were friendly, caring, and professional. I was well taken care of! Michael Orris stood out to me as being extremely welcoming and had a very professional and pleasant demeanor. I'm very happy and proud that Loveland has such a facility, and so near to my house, that my family and I have access to when we are in need.

I really liked all of the staff members at this urgent care. Everyone was friendly on check-in and the wait was very short.nnIn particular I liked the doctor I saw, Todd Heron, PA-C. He was very kind, extremely patient and really made me feel heard and respected.nnFor urgent care, they made me feel like my long-term concerns were also important and helped me make a plan to address them with my primary. I left with the right medications to help me get better and a plan to move forward with my primary.

Been to this Urgent care multiple times but my last visit was unbelievably poor. Even after scheduling an appointment, I still had to wait an hour to see the doctor. Dr. Benjamin Clower then proceeded to discount my symptoms, telling me my vitals were fine when they were clearly not. He denied me the care that I know I needed and have had before and wouldnu2019t acknowledge the severity of the situation. After giving me medication to help my nausea, he then proceeded to kick me out before I had any relief due to the fact that they needed rooms cleared. I even asked if I could take 15 minutes to make sure the medicine worked before I left. He said no. He didnu2019t supply me with enough meds and ignored my refill request. Dr Clowers recommendations and judgements were poor and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Frank Borzager was the rudest person I've ever met. Our visit with him lasted all of 3 minutes. He wouldn't listen to anything we had to say and when we tried he interrupted and then dismissed our concerns. He was condescending, rudest and arrogant. We left there with my daughter in tears. Never again will I be seen by this man. But I'd like to add that the rest of the staff was amazing.

Jennifer Young saw my young son after a bad fall. My husband took him in and told me how kind she was and how good she was with him. Today she called and checked in. I missed the call but she was so genuine and I really appreciate the time she took to follow up. Im sure as an urgent care doctor she sees many patients so it says alot about the kind of doctor she is.
