Everyone was rude from the moment I walked inu2014no greeting, no basic courtesy. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude, and the people who took my vitals didnu2019t say a word to me. The provider doing my physical was condescending and asked if she was interrupting something because I was on my phone. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Iu2019ll never go back. Poor choice of staff.

Very quick. Pocomoke said they didn't have anyone to read an x-ray, guess they're open without doctors working today? Glad we didn't go to pocomoke being they usually give misinformation and incorrect Dx. We came here instead. Only negative has nothing to do with the office itself! Dumb patient walks in reporting all COVID symptoms but not wearing a mask. What an inconsiderate person. Thankfully, staff gave her a mask.

Went today for Covid test for me and my newborn! The staff are AMAZING!!! The doctor was so attentive and caring!!! I could go on and on about how awesome this new urgent care and their staff are! Perfect location, cleanliness is top tier!

One of the absolute rudest healthcare facility I've ever been in. Urgent cares are supposed to be quick and simple. They were complicating things all the way through. I've heard them talk about their patients in front of their other patients in the waiting room, sadly it was about an older patient, I was uncomfortable. When I actually got my room they sat there and yell at me for opening the door. I can do that at hospitals with no problem. I hope these people can learn from their experience and take away the good instead of focusing on the bad. Apart from that, have a good day y'all!nnUpdatenThey blocked me. Stay blessed you all.
