Very thorough, and even went above and beyond to explain some things about my health situation that can benefit me, and help, which nobody at my Primary care had bothered to do. First time going here. I was in and out in less that an hour. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and the facility itself was very clean. My only thing was the check in screen is very large and not very private. Anyone behind me could easily have read what I was typing.

I think some times that the quality of service varies with who is actually working right now. My wife was treated with kindness, patience (she is VERY hard of hearing) and professionalism. We were there for approximately 35 minutes from walking in the door, and we left with prescriptions, entirely suited to the issue at hand.

Beyond upset what health care individual thinks itu2019s ok to tell a scared 4yr old that if they didnu2019t cooperate with them that they will send parents home without him??!! Iu2019m beyond pissed my son hates going to the drs now Iu2019m trying to reassure my sick child that mommy and daddy will never leave him behind. ARPN Gilly was the provider for my child he had a 103 fever at home 102 at urgent clinic I was told to push fluids which I have been Iu2019m now waiting to see if meds I gave him will lower fever
