The best staff!! So patient and kind with me and my two children!! The NP even called me the day after seeing my daughter to check and see how she was feeling and said she was up all night worrying about her!! We will use and recommend them to everyone!! 10/10 visit!!

I would not recommend this place if you want to be seen, and treated with respect. There was no sense of urgency until they felt like they couldnu2019t treat then they recommended an ambulance ride to the hospital 3 mins away and if you refuse you have to sign paperwork. I just have to say if something is emergency then donu2019t let your paperwork get in the way. Our health care system has gone in the wrong direction

I went in for an infection on my hand and I was also getting over a cold at the same time. The team at Lucedale Urgent Care were very professional, gentle and respectful. They helped me with both problems and now I am completely healthy again! This is an excellent place to get treated for medical needs. I will be going back the next time I need medical help. If I could rate this clinic zero stars I would. I went in the other day pregnant and throwing up hoping for a zofran prescription. They charged me $75 up front only for the doctor to tell me she would not be helping me and would be sending me straight to the ER. The doctor then proceeded to have the worst bed side manner I have ever seen. She made me cry and my husband who is an ICU nurse was incredibly disappointed in her competence. The ER staff was apologetic and said she does this all the time and to avoid her. I would skip this doctor unless you like being talked down to.

I was told Leigh Havens was on board for getting me the best help. Since my blood pressure was so high, an ambulance was called. But before I was transported she prayed for me.
