I visited the clinic while feeling extremely fatigued and worn down from a persistent illness Iu2019ve been battling for the past three months. I had taken the time to thoroughly document my symptoms and medical history to ensure I could provide as much detail as possible. I shared this information with both the nurse and the doctor during my visit.nnHowever, after only a brief examinationu2014which included a quick check of my ears, throat, and pulseu2014I was sent on my way. I left feeling dismissed and unheard. Both the nurse and the doctor suggested I follow up with a primary care provider. I explained to them that I do not currently have one and that the earliest available appointment is three months out. Despite this, the doctor appeared indifferent and simply stated that I should find one across the hall, without offering further support or understanding.nnOverall, I was disappointed with the level of care and concern shown during my visit. I had hoped for a more thorough evaluation and compassionate response, especially given the duration and severity of my symptoms.nnThat said, I would like to note that the front desk associates were very kind and helpful during the check-in process.

This office is absolutely the best walk in clinic I have ever been to. This is my second visit since they opened. Every single staff member is respectful, caring, and professional. They are also very efficient. The wait was minimal, and the Dr. was wonderful. He was very attentive and professional. I was in and out in 30 min. Thank you to every staff member that I spoke with. Kids have had symptoms for several days. Decided to make online appointments for them. Front office staff was courteous. MA got vitals fast and the kids checked in right away. Our provider was totally receptive and did a thorough assessment on both of them. Got them swabbed and returned a positive test result within a couple minutes. She sent over the necessary scripts to our pharmacy and got us out of there with no troubles.nReally a pleasant overall experience and nothing but positive things to say.nnI'd recommend Avecina Middleburg to anybody in need of prompt and thoughtful medical attention.

I took my son here and this was such a pleasant experience. The front staff was so kind and nice. Very helpful and welcoming. When the provider came in he was so great to my son. Explained his concerns and how to make him feel better. I will 100% be using them when needed. Thank you!!!
