If you need copy/fax services, don't go here. Try the library first; much less expensive, better service, supporting a local institution. I wish I'd done that. UPS was outrageously expensive---it's as if they are upcharging for critical services just because they can. Oh right, they are.

Amazon sent me here to return a product free of charge. It was packed in the same box Amazon sent it in, with Amazon packing tape. I had the scan code and read the directions. The kid at the counter refused to send it in its packaging. The manager refused to come out and address the situation. They wanted to charge me $28 plus to repack it and ship it. Itu2019s a $38 product. Iu2019ll address the issue with Amazon. Donu2019t use this store.

Every time (like yesterday) I use this store, I'm disappointed in the service and rudeness of the staff!!!!! Again, turning me away while having a perfectly good shipping box to return an item to Amazon. During my return, The tall bald guy kept walking away from me with his reason being, I'm multitasking. I will use CVS to ship out anything required by UPS!

Do not use this store. The young man that was tying to help me & my wife. Was very rude & unprofessional. He started yelling at my wife when she only was trying to question him on why she would have to charge her $2.65 for a piece of tape to close a prepaid return box. Again he was very rude! Tell her we don't tape boxes here & she would have to buy tape & tape it herself. We have been to many UPS stores & have never been told we had to pay for tape or personally have re-box or re-tape any return boxes.This store is in sorely needed customer service training & management. Or how bout this! Store needs to be shut down. Will never go there again.

I went to this store last evening to return something from Amazon in a pretty large box. The woman at the counter went above and beyond to help me as she saw me struggling w the package, also coming in from the rain. She was so cheerful despite that the store was busy and it was the end of the day. What a nice person. Iu2019m sorry I canu2019t remember her name, it started w a D. Just wanted to thank her.
