Had to go to this Urgent Care today and Dr Hawkins and the staff there today were extremely kind and attentive. From the time I walked into the reception to the discharge papers, everyone listened to what my issues were and what I took to try and remedy the issues. I couldnu2019t have asked for more attentive care from a Dr and the staff that were on duty today. Keep doing what youu2019re doing.

Great experience here! Office was very clean.. the staff were all very lovely .. I didnu2019t wait long at all. It was so easy to schedule the appointment online. Almost seen immediately when I arrived. Dr. Kevin Ricks was very professional and kind. He made my son feel at ease and comfortable.. I will definitely return. :-)

I came to this Urgent Care with my boyfriend who required emergency stitches and this staff couldnu2019t have been more friendly and helpful! The nurses who assisted him were incredibly kind, professional, and calming when we were very nervous and scared about the injury. Dr. Roy was amazing and got us in and out in a jiffy! Couldnu2019t recommend this Urgent Care in emergencies more.

The PA there, Amanda, was great and efficient. My complaint: the obnoxiously loud music in the exam room. It was coming from the speakers on the ceiling so it wasnu2019t a patient playing music. It was the urgent care. I literally do not feel like listening to the 101.9 radio station play the u201ccelebrate good timesu201d and u201cgirls just wanna have funu201d on full blast while Iu2019m waiting over an hour to get my ear infection checked out. Itu2019s just annoying lol.

Waited in line 15 minutes while receptionist was having small chat about last night's high school football game.nThey refused to do my blood test even when the main campus told me they could.nWaste of time.nThat's why this location went out of business once.
