Thank God they finally got some decent help in there! Even the atmosphere is a lot better. They only have one doctor and seems like he has his hands full but he does an excellent job at listening to your concerns. I understand that he canu2019t see every single person that walks through the door because he would never go home but Iu2019m sure if itu2019s a TRUE emergency, heu2019d be on it without any questions asked. Oh and the lady at the front desk, sheu2019s very friendly and welcoming. ud83dude09

Very very rude and disrespectful women that work here. They sure don't make you feel like family, that's a joke! You ask one question and you get nasty rude answers from all of them. It's so sad that places like these keep on employees who not only don't care about their patients that walk in but make nasty remarks within the patients hearing range. The nurse with the red scrubs on today (06/22/2022) could be a little nicer as well as all the women around her who act way worse. Alot of growing up needs to be done within these employees as well as a nurse should care about their patients and the elderly class taught to them.My first bad review I've ever had to leave in my life that's how awful the experience was!!!! They need better workers in my opinion

I arrived at 3pm on Friday June 22nd 2018 they claim to close at 4pm on Fridayu2019s but I get turned around at the door when I came to get my drug test done that needed to be done today. The women working inside are very rude and disrespectful. They told me that they were closing an hour early because u201citu2019s Friday and we all want to leave earlyu201d. I know that this is Robeson county and itu2019s not that great of a place but if you are going to run a business then you might want to make sure your employees do their job and make sure they donu2019t close the doors to the u201cbusinessu201d or u201cdoctors officeu201d until the sign on the door, stating the business hours, are over. I highly recommend that this place either change the hours that they operate to whenever they feel like closing or stick by the business hours you set and posted on your front door that all your patients schedule their day around, like I did today, but still got turned around at the door because the women working inside wanted to close early.

First time and last time going here I really think they duking people out of money that have insurance how does someone pay 180.00 there last visit last week and today have to pay same today and has insurance after someone at the front desk and office told him his next visit would only be 35.00 and if you have the name Lumberton urgent care mean that you take walk in right I thought but told me that I would have to pay up front for my daughter to be seen because her insurance would not register them because there not her Dr but if you are a urgent care you would take walk in assume but I guess not they need to be called locklear family urgent care but not a urgent care just a rep off Dr office I think and they seem very rude and young some off the nurses sorry not knocking no body's for there job but don't have a attitude and be rude you chose this profession and should be caring and compassionate if you work with people and there well being
