Tina greeted me with warmth and friendliness. She explained the cost quickly and clearly. Then, Jena took great care of me when I was admitted. She was very kind, helpful, explained the entire process, and helped get me taken care of quickly. Dr Munez let me ask all the questions and was clear and transparent with his answers.Clint also gave me a warm smile while I was being taken care of.Overall, the entire staff here appears to be committed to delivering quality and compassionate care.

I unfortunately have to write a negative review given my experience last night and this morning. This place, simply stated, is broken. I went in late evening last night to have an eye infection looked at and get prescription because I didn't want to wait until today to go see my primary and get one. I wanted to knock it out fast (hence going to an insta-care). When I arrived I was told to use the kiosk to register. It texts you a code, which I used and started the process on my phone as required. When I hit continue at one point the system kicked me out to the beginning and said it needed to send a code. It sent another code but gave me an error message and said it needed to send a code. It sent the third code with the same resultant error message, and I was stuck in the never-ending loop of doom. I went back to the desk and she had to manually enter my info in. I used my insurance but was still charged a $40 copay even though I've already hit my out-of-pocket max. When I referenced that fact, the attendant said that didn't matter and I had to pay, so I did. I waited an hour, the doc (who was very nice) quickly diagnosed me and and told me she had sent in the Rx and gave me a sheet saying it had been sent in exactly at 8 pm, right when the clinic closes. I went to the CVS they sent it to, but that pharmacy was closed so I went to the CVS 24-hour pharmacy down the road and got there about 45 mins after my clinic visit. They said the prescription had not been sent to any CVS and they couldn't fill it until they received it. Therefore, I had to wait all night until this morning (good thing I went to an instacare!) to call CareNow right when they open at 8:01 am to send in the prescription. The phone rang and rang and nobody answered. I waited and I called back 10 mins later and the phone rang and rang and nobody answered. So I had to drive all the way back to the clinic and ask in person for them to send the prescription again. They said they did a second time and gave me a written script just in case (which was helpful). I asked to see a manager to provide feedback on my frustrations and they said she wasn't in yet (it was about 8:45 am by then). I went back to CVS, but still nothing had been sent in, so I just gave them my written Rx and had it filled. A 15-hour saga finally ended. I could have saved all this mess, time and frustration just by waiting to go see my own doctor this morning when they opened. The CareNow manager, Gracie, did give me a call a couple hours later. I provided my feedback on the broken system and she blamed CVS, she blamed her company's IT department, she blamed the insurance company. She eventually said I should just call corporate because this is a huge company and that I'm just little old me and I can't do anything. Hence, my restatement back to her that her clinic, and CareNow, is an obviously broken company. There are lots of instacare places around, I definitely don't recommend going to this one, they're broken.

I had an accident with a dolly handle at work that caused a bruise on my cheekbone. I knew I was fine, but managers were insisting that I take time to see a doctor.Mariah at the front desk was very helpful walking me throughall the forms, even called my HR person directly to workout the claim.Jenna, my nurse was sweet, detailed and efficient. The doctor, like I, felt everything was fine.I requested an x-ray since they had sent me in to see if I had fractured my cheekbone. Lajerria did a great job with x-ray and most importantly returned my earrings to me that I had left in the x-ray room.More time than I wanted to spend, but very efficient.

I recently brought my daughter to this location for a buckle fracture, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care we received. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure my daughter felt comfortable during a difficult time.I want to give special recognition to Dallas, who handled my daughter's X-rays. He was absolutely wonderful despite my daughter being in pain and feeling anxious, he managed to make her giggle and feel at ease throughout the process. His kindness and patience made such a difference in her experience. The entire team demonstrated exceptional compassion and professionalism from the moment we arrived until we left. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone seeking medical care for their child. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our visit your dedication and care truly made a challenging situation so much better.

August 29, 2024First time in this clinic near my house.I have a very good health insurance, my deductible is already paid for the rest of this year, however they did not see me because I refused to give them a credit card to charge me $100.I do not recommend this clinic at all.The 2 receptionists were very respectful and friendly, but they told me, it's the corporate rules everybody must pay $100 at front in order to be seen by a doctor...regardless of having insurance..if you have a good expensive health insurance like I do, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME..No wonder this clinic is very slow. Only one person in the waiting area.. lol...
