I had a great experience at DOCS Urgent Care in North Haven. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I was seen quickly, and the provider took their time to really listen to my concerns. Everything was clean and well-organized, and they helped point me in the right direction for follow-up care too. Definitely recommend if you need fast, reliable care.

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care and I can't speak highly enough of the staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit. The staff were not only professional but also kind and attentive, which truly made a difference. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Rascati, and I couldn't be more impressed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt completely comfortable in her care and trust her expertise . I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone seeking exceptional care and a warm, supportive environment.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel this appointment because it was a f/u along with a x-ray imaging review and what the coarse of action should be now. We were unable to get the imaging done in time. Overall, the care I which we have received here has been top-notch thus far, and I worked for a multi-subspecialty, Ophthalmologic surgical office. The APRN's have been absolutely caring, knowledgeable, giving of their time and of themselves. All that AND a sense of humor!? We were bound to be let down at some point with the bar already set so high. However, as nice this last 1 was, both of us (my 16 y.o. son & I) were a bit disappointed this time. Let's face it, not everyone could be knowledgeable about everything. To be honest, outside of getting the formal X-ray referral, we felt the appointment was a waste of time. I apologize if this has offended someone/everyone, however, this is our opinion.

Staff was very friendly and professional! I only give 4 stars because there was no provider at the North Haven location where I checked in. We did a virtual visit w Dr Santiago from West Haven so still productive. I did end up driving to West Haven to get a shot from the doc. Not perfectu2026but very good!!!

Was told provider wasn't here to see me. How can you open with out a doctor present. They said a provider will be here in 15 minutes. That was a lie now I've been here for 45 minutes. Don't come here if you need a doctor. Go to Hartford health in North Haven by the stop and shop
