Excellent polite, respectful staff who make the process smooth and easy. Theyu2019re ready and able to see you quickly and know what theyu2019re talking about. Best experience Iu2019ve ever had at any urgent care! Would recommend them and their staff to anyone! Kim at the registration desk is so helpful, friendly and organized. Lauren, the PA is sharp, knowledgeable, and kind. This urgent care is run phenomenally well and the staff here are just a reflection of the great work and service they offer.

Cant say I trust competency of my provider during my visit and would put any trust this in this place at all.nCame with simple goal check my blood pressure and check accuracy of my blood pressure measurement device.nBlood pressure was measure 144 by intake person, 130 by doctor and 144 again by intake person within periods of 3-5 minutes which is clear the doctor made an error. To put it mildly the provider had not only terrible medical skills but also terrible people skills as well. This experience gave me insight at how much better care by miles I get at my primary care doctor practice

I was received promptly and courteously by the reception desk. Check-in went quickly and my evaluation / treatment was done thoroughly and compassionately. Gong to Urgent Care was a far better choice than heading the the hospital emergency room.

The office was very clean and the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. The Dr provided a diagnosis after some onsite testing, and then wrote me a prescription for the Walgreens next-door. Would definitely go back again in an emergency.nnThanks!n- Mike

Terrible customer service and long wait times for no reason. Once I was one of the 2 patients and they made us wait for more than 1.5 hrs with no info. I think they are understaffed and do nothing to address it. Another time I provided the feedback to the front desk person and she proudly told me that the doctor was able to see me in 1-1.5 hrs of my appointment time which is great...what am I complaining about. I now drive down to Waltham AFC which provides much better service. I'm surprised at how generous other reviewers have been for this facility.
