Me and my son have been coming here since we moved to New lex almost 6yrs ago! We love it.. she is literally the best dr ever! We have never had a misdiagnosis ever! She's always been thorough and accurate!! I rather bring my son here then his regular drs!! Thanks for being amazing and as long as u guys are open well be coming back!!!

I'm so glad I didn't ever pay attention to these reviews. My family has been to Lyon's Urgent Care multiple times since they opened and we couldn't be happier! The staff has ALWAYS treated us with kindness and respect. (I suppose that may have a little bit to do with the fact we also treat them with respect!) We've never had a long wait and never had to have an appointment. We have always been given great care. It's , by far, the best Urgent Care I've ever been to.

My children and I are always treated with kindness and respect. I've taken my son's here for years for their sports physicals, & will be brining my family to there more often .... People don't understand sometimes you will have to wait.... New patients have to be entered into the system before being seen. It doesn't just magically happen.... Also, if you treat staff with rudeness you can't expect sunshine and rainbows from them... They are human too, and from what I've seen even with rude patients they get the job done with politeness & understanding!! New Lexington is a better place bc we have this facility!

Dr Lyons is such a caring woman. She communicates things well, and takes pride in her office. My family and I love her and her staff!
