Dr Mack Sullivan is a smart caring doctor and person.His staff takes getting use to.Janice is not nice and will not assist when the billing error on their part causes insurance co-pay balances. They do not assist with billing nor do they understand how to properly code the procedures or visits. I had worked in medical billing years ago and this is a simple process, and many doctor offices are willing to work with self pay patients. Apparently not here. If you need a doctor to take insurance or with with you for billing, this is NOT the office to go to.

I did the Stem Cell procedure on my scalp for more hair density as I was experiencing thinning and Dr. Sullivan said I didnu2019t need a hair transplant that the Stem Cell will work in my favor. After spending thousands of dollars and 7 months went by I had not seen no difference. The Stem Cell procedure was suppose to be 3 consecutive months from the start. As I came in for my 3rd visit Dr. Sullivan said he couldnu2019t do my procedure because of the weather he claimed. My guess is they didnu2019t have the Stem Cellu2019s. How can someone like myself who spent thousands and to come in on my day off looking forward for this procedure gets rejected the day of. I had to wait another month to get the 3rd injections and so far itu2019s been 7 months I have not seen a difference. The funny thing was on the last visit he wanted to test my testosterone levels and he would call me back on the results, itu2019s been over a month since then. Wasted time and money. Do yourself a favor avoid this place and if youu2019re like me, get a hair transplant. Iu2019m going to Turkey next month.

I called the office to speak with Dr Sullivan the woman whom answered the phone seem to be very rude ! when told it was a personal reason I want to speak with the Dr . I gave her my name and number to inform Dr Sullivan I will be there within 30mins. When I got there Dr Sullivan went into hiding the rude woman whom I spoke prior to the visit came back stating Dr Sullivan said he donu2019t know me and wanted to know and refuses to come out . She kept coming back on forth saying Dr Sullivan said he is on the phone I told her I will wait . She then realized am not leaving she came back and said Dr Sullivan said he is unavailable ! why are these professionals lying this is such a shameful act the older white lady whom kept coming out with her mouth full of lies why are you a grown woman have someone who toke an oath to care for people have you lying for them what other lies are you telling for Dr Sullivan are you not ashamed of your self ? While I went to my car the same lady in question came out on the balcony and then came Dr Sullivan. You people should be ashamed of your selves . I still want to know why Dr Sullivan hiding .

office staff is clueless and rude. i had serious concerns about my health and i was rushed and given an attitude. my existing prescription was not filled in time after many calls causing me to suffer fromwithdrawals. Dr. Sullivan was at one time very kind and respectful.. now he rushes and tells me we'll cast a wide net with blood work my last few appointments. i found a new primary care doctor who fixed my issues in one visit after sitting down to listen and understand. i will never go back. there were many other issues but my one star should say enough. i very rarely leave reviews, i can't remember the last time i reviewed a business but the treatment i received and the attitude was horrible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mack Sullivan for 7 years and am very pleased and happy with his services and staff.I would recommend him to anyone looking for an intelligent, dedicated and caring doctor. Dr. Sullivan always puts his patients first. He makes himself available day and night, if necessary. He always takes time to listen to me and address any and all concerns I have. He explains my problems and the treatments in terms I understand. He is dedicated to improving health and will do the research necessary to reach that goal. Not only has he helped me with my, at the moment, medical problems but he and his staff have counselled me regarding my weight, eating habits and exercise. I feel he sees the whole me not just the part that isn't working at the time of the visit.There is so many more good things I can say about him and his ability as a doctor and a caring human being.If your looking for a good doctor, committed to your health and one you can trust, look no further.Yes, I give Dr. Mack Sullivan 5+ stars and recommend him highly.
