I had a highly disappointing experience at London Medical Center. I went in to see my PCP to request genetic testing due to a history of cancer on my maternal side. From the moment the nurse practitioner (Andrea) entered the room, she was rude and condescending. She questioned why I was there for genetic testing, making me feel like I was being ridiculous for even asking. Her tone was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome.nnAfter our uncomfortable interaction, she sent me to the front desk to follow up. There were two front desk staff members, and I accidentally approached the wrong one to schedule my next appointment. The staff member I spoke to (Jacqueline) gave me a rude look as if I was wasting her time, making the situation even more frustrating.nnI walked out immediately, feeling humiliated and upset. I have never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office. I will never return to London Medical Center and cannot recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate and respectful care.

Dr. Kaehr is a wonderful doctor and I really hated to leave as he was a doctor for myself and children.... however at the birth of my newest son, I was unable to get through via phone call. I had finally spoken to someone (Barb I believe) who said they would speak with Dr. Kaehr about taking my newborn on as a new patient. She never called me back and about 2 weeks had passed. My grandmother who is a patient here was able to talk to Barb on my behalf, however nothing came of this. I ultimately ended up finding a new doctor for myself and children and was very disappointed in this as Dr. Kaehr is a great doctor, very nice guy and worked very well with my son. Unfortunately now, it is difficult to get through via the phone and it is difficult to even get a well child appointment within the month.

Left without care. Arrived at appointed time to a ghost town. Called out hello. No answer. Young woman appeared. Rude...patronizing... Untruthful... Lack of skilled communication

If you need to set an appointment to be seen soon...do not use this place. EVERY time I try to see the Dr I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to be seen. By that time the sickness will run it's course. Hopefully...or you'll just get worse. Ok service for those that go monthly for prescriptions a d so on but not as an on-call type of situation!
