I'm livid. I wish I could comment on their level of care, but they have been closed during business hours TWICE when I have come by. Both Google and the sign on their door says they are open 9-6 on Fridays, so I got off work early, showed up at 5pm and the doors were locked. Again, I would like to stress that the sign on the door says 9-6. This happened once before, I showed up during business hours and there was a sign on the door saying that they closed early. This is a facility that is supposed to be there to help people, either change your hours, or be open when you say you are!

We love Dr.Jim, my 6 year old son always feels comfortable and confinadant at his office. We have never had a bad experience and always hear back. My son has a family doctor that he only sees for well child checks because I have to schedule months in advance. I've never been able to get him in to him when it's needed. So to be honest Madrona Urgent care knows my son better than the doctor that delivered him. My son recently had a severe accident that required a aid car to be called and ER visit that was boarder line sending him to Children's for admission. I tried for 2 days to make contact with his doc for follow up. I got one return call which I called right back and several more times to follow. Let's just say I'm now taking him to follow up with Dr.Jim so I know we aren't blown off again and I know my son is in good hands.

I was prescribed an antibiotic I was allergic to. When I called multiple Times to ask why my symptoms were worsening, I kept being told the doctor would call me back. No one ever called back. I ended up going to the emergency room and thatu2019s where I found out I was allergic to what the doctor had prescribed. I understand Itu2019s and immediate clinic and Maybe Thatu2019s the reason for the lack of concern a patient is allergic to their antibiotics. This clinic also changes their hours from what they have posted online/on their door. Dr. Blair is a very nice person and Iu2019m sure heu2019s busy, but you can not rely on your diagnoses to be correct or to be prescribed the right medication. Youu2019d be better off trying to get in with your primary care doctor- as it would save you money and piece of mind.

After injuring my shoulder, but with my pain level at a low for the previous few days, Dr. Blair chose to give me a steroid injection without offering me other alternatives. The injection increased the pressure at the injury site, causing severe pain from that moment for over a week and decreasing my range of motion to almost immobile. In physical therapy, I was told by other medical professionals that the injection was unnecessary, but was a way for the doctor to make more money due to L&I payments.nnOn top of that, the clinic delayed the processing of my L&I claim for over a month by not responding to a records release. I will never use this clinic again and discourage others from doing so. Use other local options, they are much more professional than Madrona.

Dr. Jim Blair was great at diagnosis and included me in making decision on where I wanted to go for further test's. Follow up was very thorough and I was healthy in time to go on vacation. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
