After making me pre register they made me wait another for 30 minutes in pain, their sign on counter reads VA AUTHORITIES URGENT CARE PROVIDER he kept telling me I had to wait just to asked a question then they was told it was tricky and I need to just self-pay and get reimbursed they should not be allowed to collect any money from the VA system I am 100% disabled and they had my card

I stopped in to get tested for flu (I had it). The checkin process was efficient and easy, and the nurse practitioner provided good service. The only downside was the hour-long wait, which was a mystery since only one patient was ahead of me.

Thank you to Sunday March 30 crew yall are really going above and beyond to be as lazy as possible and it show I go in not looking for pain meds nore muscle relaxers even stated it tho I am in the worst pain I've felt in my life and I'm here trying to seek out real physical care to get greeted by a nurse that didn't bother to sit or get into anything. Made it clear that I smoke wow you can hear after stating it also stating that I have a sinus infection I was there for neither. Those were the symptoms looked at and I was prescribed muscle relaxers that don't work by the way. Good job crew you're incompetence shows severally don't be ashamed tho because it's not you it's literally every clinic I've ever had the joy of visiting. If you didn't want to do your job search d me to someone who does.

Very friendly when you first walk in! They try to accommodate to everything and everyone as fast as possible which is good. My doctor was really nice and gave useful advice for future visits!
