Calling the doctoru2019s office is never easy for the patient or the facility. However whenever I call Nathanu2019s medical group and Heather answers the calls, you would never believe she was under immense pressure. She is an absolute delight, professional and extremely helpful. In my opinion should be receiving the highest commensurate for what she does. This Medical facility has excellent staff and Jacob Bollinger is Magnificent in the medical field such a kind hearted person, extremely efficient and the very professional. I highly, highly recommend Doctor Natesanu2018s office for medical Treatment. Dr. Natesan is excellent!nThe offices are very clean and appointments are as scheduled. The best On the Eastern Shore!

My experience with Natesan was decent until the Summer of 2023 when they switched me to a new nurse practitioner after the one I originally saw resigned from the office. Without going into many details, the office staff were very rude. Also, the nurse practitioner I saw was not compassionate. When I advocated for myself by requesting to speak with the nurse practitioner regarding something she suggested. I never received a call back after follow up. They relied on the front desk staff to solve the problems of the patients.

I have been a patient for years. I have never had an issue of call backs or with the PA i see. All I can say is Thank you. I was previously going to another provider who did not listen to my concerns when I began at Natesan its been wonderful if there is an issue I go to the portal and get an answer less than 24 hours. I will stay here until Iam unable to.

Unfortunately the lack of communication between office staff and providers is absolutely awful. They have so much staff and availability because the follow thru after your appointment is abysmal. They want you in, and then send on your way, you an inconvenience to them after that.nnIt's not good behavior especially for people that are sick and need help. You have to literally track them down to get them to be competent.nnWhether it's a work note, medication change, or general question.There's no consistency between providers. One will tell you something completely different than the other and even telling you not to take a medication and that the other provider has told you to take. It's dangerous and irresponsible.nnBEWARE.

I have been going there since they first opened. Vel has always been my doctor and I have been very happy with his care. I am finding it very hard to see him now. I have called for an appointment with him since November 2022 it is now Jan 29 2023 I have seen a PA twice I am no better. I have a scheduled 6 mos appt w/Natesan in April that is as good as it gets now. Depending on the outcome and a search for someone who knows what urgent care means & no earlier appt I may be not returning!
