This hospital truly saved my husbands life. He had a pretty severe GI bleed - if it were not for the amazing care of the nurses (Leah, Annika, and Sam in the ICU) and the amazing doctors (Dr. Belkin/GI and Dr.Harris/Radiologist), I am almost certain I wouldu2019ve lost my husband at only 29 years old. I cannot even express my gratitude with words. This hospital deserves 5 stars. I am forever thankful to each and every person that works here, thank you all.

My daughter was in ICU and the staff was amazing! They took such great care of her and were so compassionate until the end. I can't say enough about them and I am truly grateful!!

I arrived at the emergency room shortly before 5am with severe acid reflux. They did an EKG and drew blood. Then they placed me in the waiting room for more than 2hrs. It was closer to 8am by the time I was brought to a room. I'm type 2 diabetic. They kicked me out at 2pm after telling me I was severely dehydrated. You'd think after keeping me there all day, they could've made sure i wasn't dehydrated. The worse care. They don't see their patients as humans.

Grandfather was transported to this hospital from another emergency room because of emergency Gaul bladder issues. It took 12 hours to get a bed. The entire time he was there they didnu2019t feed him and never gave him water. After is procedure, which instead of treating the issue and taking out his Gaul bladder, they gave him a stint and removed Gaul stones. They said his insurance wouldnu2019t cover the procedure and that he had to come back in 2 months to have them removed. When it was time to have him discharged, not one single nurse explained his follow-up procedures and they never even explained his discharge papers. I am disappointed and disgusted how they treated my grandfather. Such a shame!

I would like to establish that I have been a RN for 30 years and in health care for 35+ years. I mention this because I want the people who read these reviews to understand that I am speaking from a point of experience and CAN, with Justification, make comparisons to other facilities I have both worked in and been a patient of. Which will be difficult as I have NEVER experienced a LESS professional, Compassionate, Competent or CLEAN ER in my life.Long and short, My uncle was admitted to the ER for collapsing at home with a brief loss of consciousness. He is 87, has a long medical history and has been in this ER multiple times for similar issues. He is very frail, weak and sometimes forgetful. He uses a walker and has difficulty with endurance. He was placed in a back section of the ER in a secluded room with both doors closed. His call light was broken, he was not given water or food (he had labs drawn and was allowed to eat and drink after this) and had to transfer to the commode by himself without a walker. He was unable to do more than sit on the edge of his bed as he couldn't lift his legs back onto the stretcher. The ER staff are, for the most part, Travelers and don't have a stake in the game. The staff at the nurses station were all, to a person, on there cell phones, playing games, watching videos or making videos- the RN supervisor was at the nurses station showing another nurse TikTok videos. When I asked for information or assistance with my uncle, I got dirty looks and, I'll be there shortly. The staff was apathetic and disinterested in caring for my uncle, and several other patients and their families as far as I could tell. The funny part is, all of the Billable services (x-rays, CT scans, lab work etc.) were completed without issue. However, NONE of the caring or compassion was there. The staff were totally disconnected and unconcerned about taking care of my uncles needs. Despite of this we (family) wanted my uncle admitted to determine cause of syncopal episodes, change in mental status and increased weakness. The hospital refused saying that on -paper he is meets discharge criteria. Physical therapy signed off his ability to walk 50' with a walker and 2 (TWO) standby assists. They didn't asses the 2 flights of stairs he needs to climb or the fact that he lives alone. Home care was supposed to be ordered by the ER doctor- it wasn't and the referral was never sent. Now my uncle can't get out of his chair at home without assistance, has pneumonia and is going to the ER - across town to St. Mary's this time. Our days with CMMC are over. They have no idea of what compassionate care is.
