Every time I have come to this place, itu2019s been a several hour wait despite there never being more than a few people in the waiting area. I even started making an appointment and still over an hour wait. They have no sense of urgency and clearly donu2019t respect peopleu2019s time (or their need to receive medical care). Two stars instead of one because itu2019s clean and the front desk staff are usually nice. Save yourself and just go to Patient First.

I checked in around 10:15 am, and have been waiting since. Two couples and a woman with children were taken back before me although they checked in way later than me. When I walked up to the front desk to ask due to me not feeling good but having to wait for other people although I was checked in first. All I received was u201cWell your next in lineu201d. I then proceeded to ask if she noticed people were not being called in order or more than two people were taken back before me why she didnu2019t say anything. She then shrugged her shoulders and said u201cI donu2019t control who they take in the back.u201d And she left it at that. Very unprofessional and almost an hour later I still have not been seen in the back, they currently also have an empty parking lot as well.

I waited OvER 2 1/2 hours with an appointment. VERY slow workers, I was left to wait in the exam room for over 45 minutes and I had to stick my head out to make sure they didnu2019t forget about me. My husband called the front desk to make sure I was OK since I had been gone for so long. I thought the staff was slow, not thorough and truly not helpful. The facility was falling apart and dirty. I do not recommend it and I would never go there again. Iu2019ll drive a bit further to Patient First next time

I was treated by Sitta Baby Gombehalie, Md., who is very perfessional. She always diagnosis me right on point, and my appointment is quick. She did a chest xray to make sure the I did not have pneumonia. I made my appointment online for 5:32pm and I left at 6pm. She called me when I was home with additional information to help me. I am Very happy, and I hope I always get care from this doctor. SHE IS A NICE & CAREING PERSON SO YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER. I WILL BE BACK WHEN I AM SICK!

Like actually screw this place. Iu2019m pretty sure they are practicing insurance fraud. Made an appointment, still waited 2 hrs to see a doctor for 5 minutes. Got a strep test and. A flu test. Then they billed United for a 45 minute visit and multiple lab tests on top of the strep and flu tests.
