Staff is great, but good luck getting to staff, unless its taking your money. Horrible service, cannot talk to anyone. If you need something you can forget it, can't talk to your doctor cannot get needed information if you need. Directed to patient portal that does not work half the time. Customer service is garbage. This company took $129 off of my credit card without my permission. My insurance company has paid the bill in full, but trying to contact their nonexistent customer service is a nightmare! I have made calls, sent messages, and reached out to the patient portal, all to no avail. This is not a clinic, this is a scam!With all these people complaining about the same thing, I wonder if we have cause for a class action lawsuit.

My wife visited the clinic in forest city nc 3 weeks ago. She has insurance and paid her copay at the Time of her visit. 2 weeks after her visit we were charged an additional 129 dollars. We went to the clinic and like so many others had no success. Had to get irate to even get a actual person to talk to me and then they told me I had to go on the website and they would contact me. I did that 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything from them. To begin with my wife was misdiagnosed and I had to take her to the ER 2 days after her visit. She's a heart patient and was given medication that was not supposed to be given to heart patients and they had her heart racing so bad she almost had another heart attack. Not only do these people not know what their doing but their theves. I'm getting me a lawyer and going to sue plus get with the better business bureau. Stay away from these people. Their dangerous. For the company who responds to this post if you do. I've already been on your email and sent the message you said to send and I've gotten no response. So get ready to answer legally. UPDATE contact your financial institution and report this company. I did and there's a active fraud investigation currently going on with this company for taking money from people's accounts.

This company is a fraud. They take your money and won't file with your insurance. There is NO ONE who will contact you thru emails nor the patient portal. The phone number provided on the text stating they are about to steal your money gets you NO where!I plan to speak with an attorney tomorrow.

The nurses and staff are great. The billing department is TRASH! Iu2019ve been billed and charged incorrectly at least 4 times. There always an excuse as to why it happened. , You can never reach customer service, they donu2019t respond to emails, that donu2019t call you back, they donu2019t respond to messages in the patient portal. DO NOT GO HERE!
