The receptionist Beth was very rude and I believe to bea racist at this point as she made and exception for a patient to be seen with an expired ID but i was turned away for an expired ID. To confirm I called the office tge same day to ask if I could use an expired ID card to have a drug test done and was told no. When I asked the name of the person I was speaking with. Can you guess? No other than BETH herself

The receptionist at medical enterprises on Essex Court in Omaha. I thought it was necessary and her obligation to call a potential employee employer up that I come into the office for the crutch on under my arm there was no medical necessitated that my back was hurting I was trying to take pressure off of it but she felt the need all on her own without permission to call a potential employer up without my permission she said it was her obligation to call really where's that stated at. I'm sure we'll be talking to them or somebody else will but I wouldn't go back there if it was free

A lot of work people go here my company sent me here and I need my dot card. And I needed glasses to pass(just started a new job money was tight) they gave my 2 weeks for glasses or the doc wouldn't sign off. So I got my glasses 3 weeks after my test and the staff was very rude to me. And my company still had to pay for 2 dot test

Never in my 15 years in the business have I dealt with such a rude, arrogant MRO. There are thousands of other places to go this one doesn't have respect for anyone I say find somewhere else to go.

the staff was courteous and friendly. I was called back less than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time then the actual process took maybe 5 min.
