I had an echocardiogram at this clinic on March 18, 2025. Two months later, despite numerous calls, voicemails, and emails, I still have not received my crucial test results. Meanwhile, they have charged my insurance without providing me any information about my health. This blatant disregard for patient care is not just unprofessional u2014 itu2019s dangerous. Such negligence can put lives at risk. I strongly warn anyone considering this facility to stay away. Your health and safety are not guaranteed here.nnI am currently considering consulting with an attorney to explore my legal options regarding this matter and to hold this clinic accountable for their reckless negligence.

Booked on ZocDoc, but their system is messed up. They kept texting me trying to confirm a different time day. Each time I call in, it's 3+ minutes of hold time.nnAlso not a lot of compassion or understanding from the receptionist. She's pretty rude. The first time I called to check the appointment, she tried to argue with me on when I booked, but I'm glad I had the ZocDoc portal open. It's unprofessional and inappropriate why she jumped to a conclusion that I was wrong.nnI told her I was coming for my annual physical, and asked if I would have to fast for blood work. She said you talk to the doctor about blood work twice, until she finally started listening. I'm over poor service with receptionists. The healthcare system here already sucks, no need for crappy attitudes and condescending receptionists.

If you want to sit in a crowded waiting room for over an hour after your scheduled appointment while listening to children blast loud music on a phone, then look no further.nnThe doctors are nice but c'mon it is just insulting to patients to overbook like this. If you're also an urgent care, then maybe you shouldn't book back-to-back appointments.nnI left without ever seeing the doctor. Insane.

I called to inquire about appointment options since my doctor was booked through January. I asked the front desk to guide me through a mostly secretive pricing plan for video services, and if I could see someone else within the company. She was not willing to answer my questions, and I was prohibited from scheduling a video appointment with another doctor within the company, but not told why, just that I couldnu2019t. Overall it felt very dismissive and unhelpful. I am 26 and trying to gain insight into the whole process, but was met with attitude and animosity.

I recently moved to LA and was looking for a new physician. Came in for a check up and some pain. Dr. Richards had good reviews so I decided to try him out.nnUnfortunately my experience was very poor. I waited over 1.5 hours for my appointment even though I had one scheduled. Dr. Richards came and rushed through my check up and wouldnu2019t let me finish my sentences. He was clearly trying to finish as quickly as possible which is always a red flag with physicians. He was nice but did not give me any sort of proper attention and I will not be returning. Would not recommend.
