I came in EXTREMELY Sick. Although being a few minutes late due to difficulties with my sickness. The clinic would NOT help me. I expressed being very concerned about my health in the kindest most polite way possible they still told me I wouldnu2019t be seen today or even this week for that matter at any of their locations. Being inside the building and offering to wait as long as needed made no impact. Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for help, especially in imperative situations! Will most definitely be finding a new doctors office!

Itu2019s a regular doctors office. The staff is always polite. The facility itself is always clean. They have plenty of providers with all different types of specialties. The lab staff is quick, efficient & nice. Manet has translators for just about any language you may need help translating. They aim to care and provide for everyone. There is often a bit of a wait when seeing a provider. But I guess that happens just about everywhere you go to see a doctor.

Nobody calls you back ever. They don't refill my prescriptions when I need them. They never answer your messages when you use the patient portal. Over all they are bad at their jobs

Customer service is atrocious. EveytimenYou call itu2019s a long wait of 30 minute plus. If you chose the option to get a call back, they call back and still put you on hold. Either they find a new method/ system or let patients know that the only way to communicate is to only have an appointment with them.nnDamn if you even go to the center because they will tell you they will follow up and they donu2019t.

Pharmacy at Manet NQuincy is a joke. Do not use unless you want aggravation. A joke. They told me they do things right not like cvs. Stick w cvs. RPh Katie Pham should not be a pharmacist. Unprofessional, slow, nitpicks.
