Best doctor ever. He cares about his patients and has a very lovely staff. They always call about the results. It's easy to schedule an appointment or even walk in. Highly recommended!

Had Dr. Naoumi my whole adult life (8 years now) he has been a very good doctor and still is. Recently my medical insurance expired and I called for about two months asking if may speak to Dr Naoumi about getting a prescription refill for my Epilepsy as I can have a seizure without them. They told me I would need an appointment however due to my insurance being expired I asked if i may have an emergency supply until my insurance is reactivated and I am able to come in for a visit. The lady I spoke to after speaking to a reception because she wasnu2019t sure got very very rude and impatient. She started saying this is not a free charity and I should go to a free clinic. I then said my friends sister knows the doctor personally (studied under her) so I said i would just contact her to see if she could get a hold of him if she wouldnu2019t, and she took this as a threat? Itu2019s just crazy how you think itu2019s okay to speak to a patient you have had for that long in that manner, when they are begging you to help because they are scared to have a seizure. Naoumi I hope you get to read this, I was extremely saddened by that one staff member and hope no other patients have to deal with her on a bad day or they might get discharged for no good reason at all.

I canu2019t say enough about Dr. Naoumi. Dr. Naoumi is not just a very professional and knowledgeable Dr., Heu2019s a person full of love, care, and empathy for his patients. My whole family and I are his patients. We feel safe and he always addresses our issues the right way and his referrals are always great and successful ones. His staff is good and nice. Also, his office manager u201cSueu201d this lady is wonderful and a big heart. She goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. I want to tell one of my experiences with her. I was very sick and didnu2019t know whatu2019s going on with me, even with the full schedule they had that day. She told me to come and squeezed me in and wasnu2019t concerned at all about my insurance. She said please come, you shouldnu2019t be bearing that pain, we want to see whatu2019s happening with you to make sure nothing dangerous. I came, they took me and Dr. Manhal addressed my issue right a way. This place is great. I wish every doctor and every office manager are like that. The doctors at this clinic are fine. Absolutely no concerns there.nHowever, office staff is very slow on responding to things like prescription renewals or insurance authorizations. To the point of having to postpone tests the doctor has ordered because insurance authorization was delayed through office failures.
