I feel everyone takes great pride in their work here, and because of that, you as the patient benefit! Dr Janan is quite literally the worst dr ever.nHe told us my mom has u201ccanceru201d because of some symptoms she was having, that ended up being a simple fix. He didnt examine her, he just sat in his chair and made assumptions, google could have done a better job at identifying the issue. He has no consideration, cannot even get over the fact that we wasted our time, heu2019s a complete ignorant human who caused a lot of distress for my family for days and has no consideration for his patients. He then randomly after saying you have u201ccanceru201d many times had the audacity to ask me where i work, what does that have anything to do with anything at all?!!! Stay away from this place at all costs!!!!

This is a great place! My husband and I used to go to HF walk in clinic on 15 Mile for our frequent winter respiratory infections but after a few 'not so great' trips there, including a pretty serious misdiagnosis and lots of long waits, we decided it was time for a change and I AM SO GLAD WE DID! The entire staff at Maplecrest was friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was not very long. We called ahead to make an appointment so they said they would not run it as urgent care (as does Henry Ford Walk In clinic, so our co-payment wouldn't be as high). The Dr that was working was really awesome. He had great 'bedside' manner, correctly diagnosed our problem and prescribed medicine that worked. We walked across the hall to the attached pharmacy and our medicine was ready in a matter of minutes. My husband has been back one time since then and got the same quick and efficient treatment. I am so glad we found Maplecrest! They really know there field, are super nice and most importantly, quick!

My first time at this place and everything went smoothly. Was seen almost immediately by the staff and the doctor saw me within 30 minutes or less. The doctor had a wonderful smile and greeted me so warmly. I wasn't billed on the spot so that's yet to be discovered.

The Dr and the staff were sympathetic to me. They didn't rush me out. They explained to me my diagnosis and instructions about how to use the medications. Listened and answered all of my questions. There were people ahead of me, I knew there would be a bit of a wait time. There was only one Dr. Working that evening. I was still there less than 2 hours.
