PA Tony and the staff at AFC were *AMAZING*. From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile, and worked out navigating my insurance. Then, the PA Tony was kind, so efficient and clearly intelligent. They were not only able to give my daughter a clearance letter to go back to school, but made an addendum and emailed it right back to me when I asked for one. Highly recommend this stellar staff.

I was unable to procure an appointment to see my family doctor. I had an infection on my thumb from a splinter. I was able to be seen right away by Anthony. The receptionist was very efficient and helpful. I was given a prescription for Doxycycline. There was follow up via text during the week..The pain subsided and most of the inflammation dissipated, by the seventh day, the last day of my medication. However, the area was still swollen and hard. I called the office and told the receptionist about my situation. She conferred with Anthony. I was told to come in right away! I was seen as soon as I walked in. Anthony suggested that the area should be opened up. He numbed my finger and did the procedure. It was filled with pus. He removed the pus. I highly recommend this facility. AFC Urgent Care in New Providence provides a very valuable service for our community. I am very grateful for the care and kindness.

I came here about a week ago and I asked for a covid test, as I wasn't feeling well.nThe waiting room was completely empty, it was about an hour until there closing time.nThe person told me they were very busy AND didn't have any rapid covid tests .nI asked to speak to a manager, he confirmed all the above, but they did manage to suggested I go somewhere elsenI was in disbelief, what well managed medical establishment doesn't stock a covid test?nThis one !!nIt seemed they just didn't want to deal with a customer/patient an hour before closing time, as they were already sanitizing the waiting room.nNever again

This facility is great! Iu2019ve taken both my kids before it changed its name and never had an issue and now that it takes adults, thatu2019s where Iu2019m taking myself when needed. Took my son who has autism after the name change and they are so kind, gentle and understanding with him. I truly recommend this place! Everyone has been amazing, but I particularly appreciate the PA Jeffrey Emiliani.
